All items in this Community are allotted to Public Servants, including Law Enforcement, Fire and rescue, and the Department of Transportation. The newly developed Emergency Response Simulator (E.R.S) Script offers a multitude of options.

Public Servant Departments

Los Santos County Sheriff's Office (LSCSO):
A department that handles a bit of everything, if you want to specialize in something you can place a safe bet that you'll find it here. Hosting a statewide jurisdiction, LSCSO functions as both a rural and metropolitan law enforcement force. You will also find the largest number of players here, functioning in various Divisions from the standard choices such as Patrol & Traffic. To more specialized groups such as S.E.R.T, Detectives Units, Motor Division, Air Units, and K9 Groups, we've got it all. Just takes time and a bit of dedication, but you'll earn greatly in the end.San Andreas State Troopers (SAST):
Maybe you're looking for something smaller, something more elite than your run-of-the-mill Department? Or perhaps you just prefer the more detail-orientated things? Well, here in the Troopers departments, you'll be running more than enough radar, or maybe it'll be taking reports for an MVA? If it's traffic-related you can bet these guys are involved. Though their group is designed to be small, acceptance isn't guaranteed.San Andreas Fire/Medical Services (SAFR/SAMR):
Things are different here, for starters, you're a First Responder whose job relies on your ability to do the right thing even in the heat of the moment. From taking care of Fires to providing various types of Medical Response. Maybe it's a mountain search for a lost hiker before a Storm sets in? Maybe it's preparing an evacuation site for civilians during a Hurricane, in any case, these men & women are the ones at the forefront of disaster whenever it strikes.San Andreas Department of Transportation (SADOT):
The most active department by far in the realm of working directly with the civilian population. These heroes are the ones who handle all those odd jobs that would pile up and ruin everything else if no one else did them. Powerline down from a storm? Need a Tow-Truck? Maybe it's a glitched traffic light? These guys are the ones to take care of it all.

Administrative Philosophy
Our Administrative Team is committed to fostering a mature, professional, and immersive roleplaying environment at all times. Operating on a volunteer basis, each team member is carefully selected through a structured process led by the Community Director and Senior Administrators. Every candidate undergoes a period of evaluation and verification before being formally presented to the Community Owner for final approval.Once approved, new administrators are provided with comprehensive documentation and guidelines to ensure transparency, accountability, and the prevention of any misuse of authority. Integrity and fairness remain at the core of our leadership philosophy.Importantly, our Community Owner has established a guiding principle for staff: "Members first, staff second." This mindset ensures that our team remains grounded, approachable, and community-focused—free from internal politics or power-driven agendas—while still being fully capable of guiding the community forward with clarity and cohesion.Meet the Team
At the heart of State of Justice is our Community Owner, Mr. Ridge Joseph Lycan—or simply Ridge. A dedicated developer and creative mind, Lycan is responsible for implementing many of the assets you see in-game, from vehicles and buildings to department structures. He also serves as the in-game Sheriff of the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Office, and while his schedule is demanding, he makes every effort to remain an active and present part of the community.Supporting him are our Community Administrators, Loki (Director of Operations) and Sabot (Public Relations/HR). A longtime pillar of the server, Loki oversees community intake—verifying applications, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for all new members. While his demeanor is professional and courteous, he is also the one to bring down the proverbial hammer when community standards are not met. Sabot, another important cog in the machine works in tandem with Loki to uphold all those regulations and is tasked with explaining them to his supporting Staff Team to keep things moving at a steady pace.Also vital to our operations is our Server Supervisor, Felker. A veteran member who now lead the Los Santos County Sheriff's Office as one of its Staff Sergeants. He also contributes to Fire & Rescue operations as needed. These individuals are often the first point of contact for new members and handle day-to-day issues to keep things running smoothly.Together, our team is committed to building a stronger, more immersive community experience—one day, one story, and one member at a time.Owner - Ridge J.
